Race for the Colon Cancer Coalition
Lisa Brunner would like to share information about a race to benefit the
Colon Cancer Coalition in Minnesota. The race is either a 5K walk or 5K
timed run in March 2008 at Lake Harriet. The cost is $23 which includes
your registration, t-shirt, goodie bag and post event snacks. It's a really
fun event, inspiring and a great target goal to make true on those New Years
fitness resolutions! Lisa has set a personal goal to participate in the
race, as a colon cancer survivor, despite having just undergone surgery
in December!

3rd Annual Garage Sale Event
In May 2008, we will coordinate numerous neighborhood garage sales along
with local newspaper advertising & signs. We are looking for someone
to help coordinate the sales. Please contact Lisa Hokkanen (470-6610) if
